My boyfriend Ben and I have just started a 38 gallon saltwater tank. It’ll be a Fish Only With Live Rock (FOWLR) system. It’s 4/17/08 and we’ve just added the first batch of pre-cured live rock and substrate. The adventure begins…

Note: This is not a how to guide so I will not go into a lot of specifics. This is only a way of me chronicling my own personal experiences in the hobby of marine aquarium keeping. Hopefully this will help me understand and learn more about the hobby which will lead me to greater success in the future.

I will list places where I’ve been able to gather helpful information from for anyone reading this who might be interested in the hobby.
